The extensive collection of extensions now available for firefox is the reason which made it huge, and one of the best browser in functionality, as firefox is an open source, anyone with a little bit of programing knowledge can made an add-on, and you can practically do anything with firefox all you need is the correct plugin.

Adblock Plus
This is just an amazing plugin, and is always installed on my firefox. I just hate those ads on websites and blogs which contain pornographic content or open pop ups when clicked. If you don’t like them either this is the best add-on for you. Adblock Plus does an exceptional job in blocking ads.
Right-click on a banner and choose “Adblock” from the context menu — the banner won’t be downloaded again. Maybe even replace parts of the banner address with star symbols to block similar banners as well. Or choose a filter subscription, then even this simple task will usually be unnecessary: the filter subscription will block most advertisements fully automatically.
An automatic update solution for ads list is also available. The only downside of adblock plus is that it can also result in a page not displaying as designed, often ommitting necessary content. But that can be changed by disabling adblock. But still its an amazing plug every firefox user should have it, and its also free.
